RENEWCOS is building a self-sustaining network of gospel-centered churches that fuels new church plants, trains leaders, and sustains pastors and their families—so the work can multiply across the Colorado Springs area.
The Need

The need is greater than a few isolated rescue missions.
What’s the Current Situation?
Roughly 600,000 people in the Colorado Springs metro area are disconnected from regular church involvement. Out West we have fewer established churches, fewer trained leaders, and less infrastructure to support new works.
Church planting can reach people who are unchurched, dechurched, isolated, or searching for a healthier expression of Christian community. But planting in the West takes patient, relational work—and the people doing that work need a stronger base of support.

The Solution:
We Need A Rescue Hub
A Rescue Hub is a network of healthy churches pooling their strength to send new church plants into communities across Colorado Springs.
It creates a base where future leaders can be identified and equipped, church planters can receive practical support, and ministry families can remain healthy for the long journey. Instead of scattered, one-time efforts, RENEWCOS is building an outpost capable of sustaining a multiplying movement.
The Strategy
Fuel, Train, & Sustain
Launch new churches.
RENEWCOS provides church planting residencies, mentorship, early financial runway, and the shared support needed to establish new gospel-centered churches.
Develop leaders from within.
Through the Ministry Training Fellowship, internships, seminary experiences, assessments, and hands-on ministry, RENEWCOS is creating a pipeline of pastors, planters, staff, and lay leaders.
Care for leaders and their families.
RENEWCOS provides spiritual, emotional, and relational support so pastors, church planters, spouses, and ministry leaders can serve with health and endurance.
